More open, innovative, entrepreneurial and engaged Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) closely connected to their regions.
PROJECT BENEFICIARIES
HEI leadership and professional staff will be the main beneficiaries of the project. The project results will support them in the promotion and implementation of cultural change in their institutions.
The project involves academic staff as a core group and shall impact on other HEIs, representing the main target; both groups will directly benefit from the project results.
All the beneficiaries will have access to the project results, enabling them to scale and implement them in their own realities.
Project Results
Time4UNIchange explores how the cultural change in academia can be enabled, identifying the needs and perceptions of the academics and creating the background to design a toolkit of templates, interventions and nudges for HEIs, to support their efforts to become more engaged and entrepreneurial.
