The University Industry Innovation Network (UIIN) is committed to enhancing employability and driving innovation through university-industry engagement, developing more engaged and engaged universities and preparing graduates for the future.

 

UIIN covers the role of leader for Time4UNIchange and through its research projects, consulting, training and community, UIIN leads the development of engaged and entrepreneurial universities. UIIN can scale the results of the project to an international level and allow for dissemination and exploitation of the outputs across Europe and beyond.

Fleur Schellekens

Fleur is a Project Coordinator with over two years of experience in the fields of EU funded interdisciplinary research projects. In her current position as Research Officer at UIIN, Fleur undertakes different research activities and creates content on a wide variety of topics that range from university-business cooperation to stakeholder engagement and entrepreneurship. Fleur holds a MA in European Studies, a BA in Linguistics and a BEd in Music education.

Rimante Rusaite

Rimante is a Project Manager and facilitator with extensive experience in the fields of EU funded interdisciplinary research projects. In her current role as a Senior Project Officer at UIIN, she coordinates efforts with all members of the organisation to achieve operational and project objectives. Rimante holds an MSc in Environmental Policy and BSc in Psychology. Dedicated to sustainability, she’s also a design thinking coach and systems thinking enthusiast.

Alexandra Zinovyeva 

Alexandra is a higher education specialist with a focus on entrepreneurial and practice-based learning and teaching, inter-and multidisciplinary education and life-long learning, engaged universities and university-industry-society interaction. In her current position as the Manager Research Projects at UIIN, Alexandra oversees and undertakes research activities in a wide array of the European-wide collaborative projects fostering the new generation of better-connected and “future-proof” higher education institutions. Alexandra holds a MSc in Higher Education Management, BA in Education and has previously exercised her passion for education as a curriculum design advisor and an educator herself.
